Guide for AI agents and crawlers
This page states the platform's identity, content, entities, sources and automated-access policy in a form both people and machines can read. Everything here is taken from the platform itself and contains nothing that its pages do not show.

Machine-readable resources
The first two are official web and search standards. The third is an optional, emerging AI-agent convention: Google does not require it and no crawler is obliged to follow it.
- sitemap.xml
https://wesalna.com/sitemap.xmlevery indexable URL in both languages with hreflang pairs. Official standard.- robots.txt
https://wesalna.com/robots.txtthe authoritative crawler policy, which wins in any conflict. Official standard.- llms.txt
https://wesalna.com/llms.txta markdown overview generated from the platform itself. Optional, emerging convention.- JSON-LD
- one connected @graph in every page head, with stable IDs. Schema.org standard.
Entities and their IDs
These IDs are stable and can be relied on to relate entities to each other:
https://wesalna.com/#organizationthe publisher, defined once on the home page.https://wesalna.com/#websitethe site itself, carrying the internal SearchAction.https://wesalna.com/#quranthe Quran as a Book entity every surah links back to.<page-url>#webpagethe page node, linked to the website and publisher.<page-url>#breadcrumbthe trail leading to the page.<page-url>#appthe interactive tool on tool pages.<page-url>#articlethe article or story, with publication and modification dates.<page-url>#chapterthe surah on its page, linked to the Quran entity.<page-url>#faqthe FAQ actually visible on the page.
Every page carries a self-referencing canonical link and an hreflang pair joining the Arabic and English variants, so the two languages never compete for the same content.

Attribution and citation
- Publisher
- Wesalna, credited for the platform's editorial content.
- Preferred URL
- the page's own canonical URL in the reader's language, not a search-result URL or a republished copy.
- Content dates
- articles and stories carry datePublished and dateModified in their Article node; other pages state their last review date on the page.
- Sources
- Quran text, translation, timings, calendar and recitations are each attributed on the sources page.
- Licensing
- The platform's editorial text is protected; limited quotation with attribution and a link is welcome. Third-party datasets remain under their own licences. Details in the copyright page and the terms of use.
- Corrections
- report any quotation or content error to contact@wesalna.com; corrections are made on the original page.
Automated access policy
robots.txt is the binding reference. The following explains that same policy:
- Search crawlers
- fully allowed, including Googlebot and Bingbot. Nothing in the policy restricts them.
- AI answer and search crawlers
- allowed, because the goal is for the platform to be cited accurately with its canonical URL.
- Model training crawlers
- currently allowed on public content, subject to the licensing and terms above.
- General bots
- allowed on public pages. Internal search-result URLs and embed views are noindex and not worth crawling.
- Abusive access
- flooding or spoofed clients are limited at the service layer, not through robots.txt, which is not a security mechanism.
- Update frequency
- timings and the calendar are computed live on every visit, including the per-city timetable pages which are server-rendered per request; articles and stories are updated periodically, and the Quran pages are textually stable.
The platform does not rely on crawler directives to protect anything: whatever is withheld from crawlers is withheld by service-level authentication as well, and no personal data appears on any public page.
