Tasbih counter

The words said after each prayer are among the easiest and most rewarding acts of worship. Al-Bukhari and Muslim record that the poor emigrants complained that wealthier Muslims outpaced them in reward, and the Prophet, peace be upon him, replied that they should say tasbih, tahmid and takbir thirty three times after every prayer. Muslim's narration completes the hundred with the declaration of tawhid.

Why this order

The counter starts with Subhan Allah thirty three times, then Alhamdulillah thirty three, then Allahu Akbar thirty four, then the tahlil. This is the sequence most widely used in books of adhkar. Moving from one phrase to the next happens automatically so you are not tapping menus while remembering Allah.
