Acceptance and scope
By using wesalna.com, its web app, tools or public interfaces, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
Wesalna is an independent platform operated by Mohammad Alashram. The “service” includes pages, content, calculators, audio, notifications, the Dhaki assistant and public interfaces. There are currently no public accounts, subscriptions or purchases.
If you are a minor under the law where you live, use the service with a parent or guardian. Do not use features that send text, location or notifications without their permission where required.
Licence and permitted use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the service for lawful personal, educational and da'wah purposes while you comply with these terms and the rights attached to materials.
This licence transfers no ownership of the site, design, databases, explanations or marks. You may quote short extracts with a clear link and attribution to Wesalna and the original source where applicable.
Prohibited use
You must not disrupt the service, test vulnerabilities without permission, bypass protections or rate limits, transmit malware, impersonate a person or the platform, collect information or content through intensive automation, republish substantial parts as your own, or remove attribution or rights notices.
You must not use the service or its output for unlawful, deceptive or harmful activity, issue a fatwa attributed to Wesalna, or build a competing service through systematic copying of content or data.
Developer interfaces and automated access
Public interfaces and integrations are subject to the developers page, including stated uses, rate limits and attribution. Availability of an interface is not permission to bypass protections or redistribute a database.
We may change limits or fields, or stop access that harms the service or breaches these terms. We do not guarantee that an interface, external provider or automated result will remain unchanged, and developers must verify results before relying on them.
Intellectual property and content sources
Wesalna's design, original explanations and text, software and marks are protected by applicable rights. We claim no ownership of the Quran text. Translations, recitations, data and external materials remain subject to the rights and terms of sources listed on the data sources page.
To report infringement, request attribution or submit a counter-notice, see the copyright policy. A material's presence does not give you a separate licence beyond the original source's rights.
Your input
You retain your rights in text or data entered into Dhaki, the greeting-card designer or contact tools. You give us limited permission to process it and transmit it to a necessary provider solely to deliver, protect and improve the feature under the privacy policy.
You confirm that you may submit the input and that it contains no infringement, unlawful material or another person's data without permission. Do not submit secrets or highly sensitive information; the service is not a confidential or professional channel.
Religious content and calculations
Content is for education and remembrance, not a fatwa. Prayer times, Qibla and calendar results are estimates affected by location, method and device; a trusted local religious authority is the practical reference.
Zakat, inheritance and fara'id results and other calculators are educational and do not replace a fatwa, court ruling, or legal, financial, tax or medical advice. You are responsible for verification before a decision or distribution of property.

Assistant and automatically generated material
Dhaki and automatically generated audio or text may be wrong, incomplete or outdated. Do not rely on them for religious rulings, health, law, finance or safety; verify sources and consult a qualified authority.
We may refuse a request or limit use to protect users and the service. Quran text displayed in the Mushaf comes from documented sources and is not generated by artificial intelligence.
External services, links and advertising
Links, streaming, weather, rates, travel and future advertising may lead to independent services. Their appearance is not a Wesalna endorsement, and we do not control their content, prices, availability or policies.
Your relationship with an external provider is governed by its own terms and policies. Review them before providing information or completing a transaction.
Restriction and termination
We may block or restrict requests, devices or network addresses when use is abusive, threatens security or breaches these terms, even without an account. We may modify or stop a feature or conduct maintenance while taking reasonable steps to limit disruption.
You may stop using the service at any time. To remove feature-related information, use the controls and request methods described in the privacy policy.
Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
The service and content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without express or implied warranties of complete accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or absence of errors, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wesalna and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or loss of data or profit, arising from use, inability to use, or reliance on the service. Nothing here excludes liability that law does not allow us to exclude or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Disputes and mandatory law
If a dispute arises, please contact us through the contact page first and attempt an informal resolution. These terms impose no mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver or exclusive court.
Mandatory rules of law and jurisdiction available under applicable law govern a dispute, and non-waivable consumer rights remain protected wherever the user is located.
General terms and changes
We may update these terms when the service or law changes. The last-reviewed date appears above, and we will highlight a material change before it takes effect where required. Continued use after its effective date means acceptance where law permits.
If a provision cannot be enforced, the remainder stays effective. Failure to enforce a right immediately is not a waiver. Operation of the platform and related rights and obligations may transfer to a legal successor while user protections continue. These terms and referenced policies form the agreement governing use of the service.
