Core features work without a public account. Many preferences stay on your device, while we process usage measurement, Dhaki conversations and adhan subscriptions as detailed in the privacy policy.
Legitimate interest: running the site securely, detecting failures and preventing abuse.
Consent: when you grant browser location permission, enable adhan alerts, or send us a message.
Performance of the service: fetching Quran text and audio from trusted providers at your direct request.
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent where legal conditions apply. Browser controls erase local data only; disabling alerts removes the adhan subscription, and other server-held data can be requested from us.
For anything held by us, write to privacy@wesalna.com. We respond within 30 days at the latest.
Hosting, database and error-logging requests may be processed by providers outside the EEA, relying on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Quran text, audio and radio requests go directly to content providers, who see your IP address as with any ordinary web request.
Measurement and advertising providers include Google Search Console (aggregated owner-side data), Google Analytics 4, which is currently used, and Google AdSense if enabled in the future. Details and controls are in the privacy policy and cookie policy. Measurement and advertising rely on consent where the law requires it.
Technical operational logs are retained briefly for security and diagnostics, then deleted. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to answer them.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
