Translations, recitations and radio streams belong to their respective owners and providers and are presented unmodified with attribution.
The design, editorial writing, articles, stories and artwork we produce belong to Wesalna.
Send your notice to dmca@wesalna.com including: your signature (electronic is fine), a description of the protected work, the exact URL of the allegedly infringing material on our platform, your contact details, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorised, and a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.
We review the notice and normally remove or disable access to the material within a reasonable time, notifying the publishing party where one exists.
If you believe material was removed in error, send a counter notice identifying the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and your contact details.
We terminate access for any party that repeatedly infringes copyright.
