How to read our policies and which page fits your case
Our policies are not one long text but separate documents, each with a purpose. This map helps you reach the relevant one quickly.
Which document you need
- Your data: start with the privacy policy for what we collect, and the cookie policy for local storage and measurement details.
- Statutory rights: GDPR for the EU and UK, CCPA/CPRA for California residents, and children's privacy for minors.
- Limits of use: the terms of use for what you may do with content and tools, and the disclaimer for the limits of religious, financial and health related tools.
- Quality and rights: the editorial policy for how content is produced and reviewed, and DMCA notices for takedown requests.
- Access: the accessibility statement for screen reader, keyboard and magnification users.
Principles applied to every document
- A publication date and a last updated date at the top of each page, so you know how current the text is.
- Working links to third party tools and settings, not just their names.
- Plain language without unnecessary legal padding, in equivalent Arabic and English versions.
- Advance coverage of sensitive tools such as an inheritance calculator or financial features, so content never outruns policy.
If you have a specific request
Requests to access or delete your data, correct content, or remove copyrighted material go through the contact page and are handled per the procedure in the relevant document.
